8/20/18 Iot Hub – West Europe and North Europe Between 17:30 UTC on 20 Aug 2018 and 16:42 UTC on 21 Aug 2018, a subset of IoT Hub customers in West Europe may experience errors, such as ‘InternalServerError’, when trying to access IoT Hub devices hosted in these regions. Customers may also experience issues when attempting to delete resources/devices.

8/20/18 Storage – West Europe Between 08:30 and 13:42 UTC on 20 Aug 2018, a subset of customers using Storage in West Europe may have received failure notifications when performing create operations for resources hosted in this region. Some customers may have seen downstream impact to a subset of Storage dependent Azure services.

8/13/18 RCA – Latency and Slow I/O issues in East US Between 18:45 and 21:35 UTC on 13 Aug 2018, a subset of customers in East US would have experienced some of the below issues with their Azure services:
• Latency and potentially connectivity loss to Virtual Machines and Storage accounts
• Latency or failed requests for traffic going over an Express Route circuit
• Latency or failures when attempting to Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) into their Virtual Machines.

8/1/18 Azure Service Management Failures

Customer Impact: Between 21:14 UTC on 1st Aug and 00:00 UTC 2nd Aug 2018, a subset of customers may have experienced timeouts or failures when attempting to perform service management operations for Azure Resources dependent on management.core.windows.net, this is Azure’s v1 API endpoint. In addition, some customers may have experienced intermittent latency and connection failures to their Classic Cloud Service resources.

8/1/18 RCA – Networking Connectivity and Latency – East US Between 13:18 UTC and 22:40 UTC on 01 Aug 2018, a subset of customers in the East US region may have experienced difficulties or increased latency when connecting to some resources.

Impact: User may experience slow or unresponsive service. Impact: Users will see errors in the UI when performing searches for logs which will include executing queries for the home, dashboard, explore, and alerts pages. The user will also see errors when the UI requests auto-complete values for various input elements.
