Infinitely Virtual Rolls Out Major Upgrade in Boston Data Center
As Infinitely Virtual has done in the past and will continue to do in the future, we are making significant system upgrades – this time in our Boston Data Center, to “all flash” SSD. With this move will come performance enhancements and an exciting new purchase model for our customers.
What does this mean?
- We will continue to support our Tier 1-4 storage model
- Tiers 1-3 will be migrated automatically to the new SSD system
- Tiers will be separated by speed, Tier 1 being the fastest (Higher IOPs) and Tier 4 being ideal archive storage
- Tier 4 will remain on spinning disk
This upgrade and migration are provided at no charge to our customers.
