Cloud migration has had some real advantages for the quality and flexibility of housing experience at the university. Hosted in the cloud, The Housing Director really is a great tool for us. Once we made the move, we recognized the value immediately. We regularly involve students in the building and development of housing lotteries, to identify the fairest possible rules for assigning lottery positions. They love it. Cloud migration has definitely had an impact on the student experience as well. The Housing Director is an excellent tool for us functionally but also from an end-user perspective. Here at Ohio, we're very progressive in our business practices and in the way we engage with students. That's especially important in light of how large Ohio is. The Housing Director makes this very large institution feel uniquely small. We're helping define what it means to be a Bobcat.
When we founded Adirondack, our goal was to create a new model for college software providers. Thanks to our strategic partnership with Infinitely Virtual, Ohio University no longer needs to think about things like networks, computers, backup and all the technical details that tend to bog them down. When using our various housing and residential life management solutions, users at Ohio University are able to work from anywhere, anytime, and we provide centralized support. It's a proven way for organizations like Ohio to save money, time, and staff resources.

This email is not a request for help but rather an expression of satisfaction with two of your support techs, Alex and Travis. I've called Alex numerous times over the past two years (often direct) and he has always taken time to immediately handle our organization's server needs diligently and efficiently.
The same can be said Travis, who I have been dealing with extensively over the past few days, and who spent almost two hours with me on the phone, answering my biggest and smallest issues, squashing bugs left and right. He's been tremendous.
I don't usually reach out to write e-mails of gratitude, but I know good service when I receive it and I felt it should be recognized. I appreciate IV having such a well-trained staff. It is a primary reason why we continue to use your services for our cloud computing needs. Thank you.

I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding job Travis, our Infinitely Virtual support tech, does for your company. I rarely write notes of praise for [a provider's] employee but he is an exception. He is extremely professional and knows exactly what he is doing. I have total confidence that when I have an issue, he can fix it. He is a true asset to your company.

I handle the technical operations for Advanced Payroll. I deal with a lot of vendors and system techs. Norbert stands out. He is always responsive and quickly to resolve our issues.

I just wanted to express a big thank you and that Infinitely Virtual has been a very good fit for us to host the Execupay platform. One huge shining item is the support and service Norbert provides. WOW he is just EXCELLENT! He sticks with an issue and always comes up with a solution. I cannot say enough about him. It really is a pleasure working with him and IV.

Our company offers transportation software for school district[s] in the U.S. Previously, our software was installed on servers maintained by the school districts. We saw a need to offer a hosted solution for our software. We did a review of the various companies that offer server rental services and found that Infinitely Virtual offered the best prices and services. We selected a package that allows us to host our software via Terminal Services.

I needed to get away from the shared hosting environments that provide very little in the way of ASP.net control. I needed a Windows 2008 server that I could completely manage with the software and framework that I wanted. My new server needed to be able to run hosting for several of my websites, including the use of SQL Server. Most companies charge a significant amount just for the use of SQL Server, alone. Infinitely Virtual had solutions that fit all of these needs.
Bryan Epler, Epler Studios, Spokane, Wash.
Extremely satisfied. Love the company, love the people working there, and most of all, love what it has done to my bottom line. No more expensive server array, no more expensive computers, and I can access my data and my business anywhere. I can't imagine my company without them now, simply amazing!!!
Recently we needed a second IP address to install an SSL cert on a sub-domain on our Platinum server. Like many of IV's competitors I was expecting long wait times and technical service tickets, but even though I was calling a 9:00 pm EST, within 5 minutes I had my second IP up and ready to roll.
Very knowledgeable. My questions were answered quickly and precisely. I was relieved that I wasn't being fed nonsense just to get me to sign up.Learn More

When RPMC came to us, they had many challenges: their network infrastructure was old, they were forced to suffer through monthly if not weekly outages, their users traveled and couldn't access the data they needed, their budget was limited, and their IT staff was unable to deliver within these constraints. When we met with Stacy Collins, she outlined the following requirements:
