How to Login to QuickBook Terminal Server with Internet Explorer or Remote Desktop

This video demonstrates how to login to your QuickBooks with Internet Explorer or Remote Desktop on an Infinitely Virtual QuickBooks Terminal Server.


In this video we will learn how to connect to QuickBooks using Internet Explorer. Open Internet Explorer and browse for the IP address. For example https://162.97.198.250/RDWeb. Enter your username and password. Click ‘Sign in.’ Double click the QuickBooks icon. Select any local resources you want QuickBooks to access. In this case I am selecting drives, printers, and clipboards. These are the most typical choices. Click ‘Connect.’

In this video tutorial we will domonstrate how to access QuickBooks on QuickBooks Virtual Terminal Server. In the first section we will learn how to connect to your hosted QuickBooks server using remote desktop connection. And in the second part, we will demonstrate using QuickBooks from Internet Explorer. Open the remote desktop connection from ‘Start,’ or ‘Programs,’ ‘Accessories,’ ‘Remote desktop connection.’ Type in the computer or server’s IP address or host name. You can optionally type in your username. Now click ‘Connect.’ Select the user you wish to sign in with. Type in your password and click the arrow to the right or press ‘Enter.’ Double click the QuickBooks icon on the desktop or click ‘Start’ or ‘Programs’ ‘QuickBooks.’
